We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relations Executive to join our team. As a Customer Relations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a memorable experience and receive top-notch service. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Key Roles:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their preferences and needs.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and offer personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service experience.
- Proactively identify and address customer concerns, resolving conflicts and finding appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain updated knowledge of product offerings, company policies, and industry trends.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews, taking necessary actions to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office suite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per retail schedule
